Job Responsibilities:

- Study and decide the best flux type and reflow profile for MLC reflow process. Conduct DOE plan to find the best parameter to meet quality requirement.
- Coordinate the evaluation plan for the MLC attaching process, and prepare fixture and other necessary tools if it needed.
- Develop reflow manufacturing process in order to reach high level yield, develop written instruction to get Reflow process qualified for any product/customer.
- New product Introduction Process on shop floor, new technologies & innovations which can add value to existing process.
- Training for production personnel conduct OJT training for new hires

Qualifications:

- Bachelor degree or above in Chemistry, or Chemical Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering, with 3~4 years working experience in PCB reflow or connector process industry, candidate with experience for plating process, CAD or Pro-E tools, is a prior consideration. Experience with pin-paste highly appreciated as well.
- Team spirit (able to be part of a team and team leader as well)
- Well understanding of REFLOW process. Experience with TOP/BOTTOM REFLOW process. 1
- Knowledge in manufacturing FMEA, DOE , Control Plan, GR&R and Root cause analysis
