Job Purpose and Key Responsibilities 岗位的目的和主要岗位职责:
?Assess and Implement Project planning as per the China and Site Strategy
?To define, create, manage and monitor Key Performance Indicators required to track the progress of all China Strategy Projects
?To create, coordinate and evaluate the project schedule as per the project strategy, utilising GSK preferred planning tool MS Project Support to design, purchase, install, and validate the define facility
?Work with Project Team / Work Streams to define schedule activities and their logic links and durations
?Assist the Project Team / Work Streams with evaluating schedule “what if” analysis
?Facilitate schedule progress review meetings with project teams / work streams as requested by the project manager
?Assist management, project managers and colleagues to understand and accept scheduling concepts, theory and alternative approaches in scheduling project activities
?Maintain and update processes, procedures, standards templates and project methodologies
?Recommend policy or procedural revisions that will improve schedule accomplishment
?Maintain central data repository for projects required to support the PMO
?Ensure schedule compliance with GSK policies: version control, data protection, confidentiality

Accountability 责任:
?Update and maintain schedule with latest information provided from the project teams / work streams
?Perform project progress monitoring duties including identifying critical activities and reviewing forecasts resulting in the updating of define KPIs
?Incorporate resource planning into the project schedule, where required
?Generate project schedule reports in-line with agreed reporting timelines including progress achieved to date, progress vs. spend s-curves, critical path analysis and schedule look-ahead
?Highlight schedule risks / issues to the Project Team / Work Stream and support teams in the development of mitigation plans
?Incorporate approved changes to scope / timelines into the schedule

Specialized Knowledge 专业知识:
?Has a minimum of 3 years experience as a Project Planner in large scale projects / programmes
?Has experience within the Pharmaceutical industry
?Knowledgeable in Project and Programme Management tools & techniques
?Has a proven track record working in a pressurised environment and delivering to agreed targets and deadlines
?Has strong communication skills and able to work well within a team
?Ability to understand and support change with the experience of large scale business change projects / programmes
?Analytical and Critical Reasoning Skills—Ability to understand relationships and dependencies between tasks and departments
?Ability to apply standard processes and execute work instructions in the development of project plans
?Ability to negotiate problems involving -multiple variables in standardized situations
?Ability to understand/interpret concepts, process flows, engineering products, cost estimates, contracts, and purchase orders
?Good use of English as a requirement
?Has very good understanding of MS Project (Planning Tool) and a good understanding of MS Office applications: Word, Excel and PowerPoint and MS Outlook (email)
?Desirable: Keep FPAC up to date and Use FPAC milestones in project plans as part of duties
