岗位要求：
1.Must possess a good command of both oral and written English communication.良好的英语口头及书面沟通能力。
2.At least 3 years and above experience in textile and garment manufacturing/sourcing。至少三年以上纺织品及服装生产及寻购工作经验。
3.Initiative and able to work in a fast-paced environment dealing with stressful situations. 能够迅速反应并应对工作压力。
4.Able to work independently and travel to both domestic and overseas vendors.能够独立完成工作及定期在海内外出差。
5.Well organized and be able to make judgment and decisions based on logical assumptions and develop alternative courses of action.有条理并能在困难情况下通过合理的逻辑思维作出判断及相应的应对方案。
6.Good team work.良好的团队工作精神。
7.Be familiar with Microsoft office and ERP.熟悉使用MICROSOFT及ERP系统。
8.Experience in strategic sourcing of textile and garments is prefered.
有纺织服裝行业战略性寻购工作经验优先。
9.Being able to use CAD or other garment related software is prefered.
能够使用CAD或其他服装设计辅助软件优先。
10.Be familiar with vendor resources out of China.
熟悉中国以外的纺织服装供应商者优先。

职位职责：
1.Search out new textile sources and compare them with current suppliers to ensure that Cintas is receiving the best value both in terms of purchase price and quality. 25%

2.Negotiate pricing and terms with all suppliers. Ensures that all textile sourcing activities are carried out efficiently within cost guidelines, on a high level of business and professional ethics and with supplier relations devoid of any practices which could be deemed questionable business conduct. 25%

3.Hold’s suppliers accountable for meeting Cintas expectations on both quality and Social Compliance. 20%

4.Maintain / create a dialogue both with existing and potential sources of supply to ensure that Cintas is receiving the best value for its dollar. Advises senior management and all concerned department managers of any new products or manufacturing techniques affecting their areas of responsibility and recommends changes in standard or specification where appropriate. 20%
