Title:Automation Engineer

Location:Changshu

Purpose of the job

Responsible for maintaining, implementing and supporting Automation electrification; providing experience and assistance in installation, start-up and maintenance of Automation electrical, including MCC, Motor inverter and PLC control systems with safety policy and procedure. Interfacing with various vendors and departments to ensure Automation Systems are tested and knowledge of new product technology is transferred to other employees.

Key Tasks

1. Ensure the safety compliance and implement the safety standard;

2. Keep on-site electrical equipment reliable and maintain it in good condition;

3. Development of new methods and applications for Drive area;

4. Development of CV Machine control process with profession skills;

5. Optimisation of automation system in choosing equipment and methods

6. Technical support in fault and breakdown situations about MCC, motor and inverter, PLC control

7. Network development of the area

8. Leading Electrical trouble shooting and keep electrical system reliable and good condition;

9. Make Electrical preventive plan and implement it with professional skills.

10. Automation maintenance and planning subcontracting network

11. Lead the Maintenance and Manufacturing operations in problem solving with regard to Electrical Systems

12. Interfacing with various Vendors and Departments to ensure Automation Systems are tested and new product technology is transferred and trained to other employees.

13. Assist Supervisor development team maintenance skills of the department

14. Implement and follow G1 work process and rules.

Prerequisites

· Bachelor degree in automation (electrification or automation)

· At least 3 years PLC and electrical control experience.

· Good English Skills. Both written and spoken
