Requirement:

1.Degree in Mechanical/Mechatronics with preferred 0-3 relevant years of experience
2.Good knowledge of Mechanical and Socket Engineering. Be familiar with Solidworks and PLC software.
3.Basic understanding of semiconductor testing.
4.Basic equipment operation and maintenance.
5.Help build and maintain effective teams.
6.Independent, resourceful and takes initiative.
7.Effective communication skills.

Responsibility:

1.Project management and coordinate development or improvement of equipment for processor functional test.
2.Develop and establish equipment operating procedures and maintenance program.
3.Monitor line-equipment issues, analyze and initiate problem solving or providing engineering solutions.
4.Assist product or manufacturing group in new product or process development and qualification.
5.Install and commission of production equipment.
6.Liaise with test vendors on resolving technical issues or with component vendors for sourcing of components.
7.Develop and establish training and troubleshooting programs on equipment and hardware.
8.Develop and establish hardware inventory management program.
9.Lead and manage a team of equipment / engineering personnel.
10.Demonstrates discipline in execution of tasks
11.Demonstrates flexibility/adaptability to frequent changes
12.Improve / Sustain yield and quality.
13.To sustain Quality/EHS System.
14.Initiate ideas to supervisor on yield, quality & productivity improvement
15.Initiate and establish statistical process control and control design of equipment if needed.
16.Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
