Primary and Major Responsibilities:

- Responsible for full spectrum of HR functions, including but not limit to recruitment, compensation & benefits, payroll administration, leave administration, training & development, employee relations and motivation

- Assist in reviewing, formulating and implementing HR policies and procedures for each region

- Monitor the updated trends and changes in the global job market and in relevant with legislation in corresponding countries

- Manage all personnel legislative issues with governmental organizations, involving tax, social and labor matters

- Execute effective HR programs and processes, and ensure HR processes are compliant within their jurisdiction

- Prepare various management reports and analysis

- Supervise and carry out high quality of HR and Administrative functions

- Build up relationship with HR agencies and other resource pools

- Other ad hoc assignments

Qualifications:

- University Degree or above in Human Resources Management

- Minimum 10 years' professional human resources management experienc

- Experience working with U.S. based company, and in semiconductor industry is highly preferable

- Solid knowledge and familiarity with HR practices, employment and regulatory compliance in Asia

- Ability to travel outside of China

Pre-requisite Skills:

- Good command of English and Chinese

- Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills

- Regional experience in Asia is desired and with US experience is a plus

- Ability to work with different cultures across different time-zones

- High level of integrity with positive can-do attitude
