We're looking to expand our product offerings in the Power Applications Controller (PAC) family and need your expertise!

As a Product Engineer for our PAC group, your primary responsibility will be to drive product development execution, including early silicon evaluation, data collection and analysis, reliability, test for our business.

Specific responsibilities include:
- Managing IC development projects from conception to volume production
- Providing proper documentation of the development process
- Managing Fab process qualification and ensuring stable Probe & FT yield
- Coordinating manufacturing logistics throughout the entire development process
- Silicon evaluation versus device specification::
- Bench evaluation board design
- Using statistical analysis to update datasheets with correct parameters
- Understanding design limitations and defining point of failure
- Linking datasheet parameters with system performance
- Differentiating critical spec parameters

- Coordinating test and characterization plan development between bench and ATE

The ideal candidate will have at least 3-5 years of experience with microcontroller-based products and preferably some low-level programming expertise.

Application or test experience with several of the following is highly recommended:
- ADCs
- Voltage regulators
- Internal oscillators
- PLLs
- High voltage drivers
- Timers/counters
- PWM
- POR circuit
- Serial Communication protocols (I2C, UART or similar)
- Flash, EEPROM, RAM, and/or ROM memories

The person in this position must be able to coordinate communication and planning between the design, marketing, and applications groups and all test entities for the development of characterization and production test solutions. This person must be able to act as an effective project manager. Good Mandarin and English communication skills. Strong project management skills also a must, including familiarity with Six Sigma methodology and associatedtools. PMI Certification a plus.

The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of power management devices, and some experience with System on Chip (SOC) products. Working knowledge of ATE test concepts and solutions is a must, along with the ability towork effectively in a team environment and understand team dynamics.
