1,To satisfy customer by resolving customer quality complains quickly and professtionally
2, Maintain ISO standard and implement process audit and part audit.
3,Monitor the internal and external corrective action’s implementation status and report the result to Supervisor
4,Develops and maintains quality requirements and standards for manufacturing products.
5,Work with other departments to get relevant data for regularly analysis to improve process performance. Collect related data and submit report to supervisor as per request
6,Responsible for the supplier performanc managerment and audit.
7,Documents (FMEA, control Plan, Ramp Readiness Review Check Sheet, etc) preps with cross function team when new project are transfered. Manage and responsible for dealing with customers’ audits. First article inspection (mechanical) and relevant reports (Cpk data) need to be done by QE if required.
8,Collect quality records & documents, and keep them
