岗位职责：

1、负责申请配件采购及跟踪工作，到货后，及时核对配件并负责办理配件入库手续；

2、负责及时做好领料单据的出、入库工作；

3、负责配件盘点、安全库存量的维护、配件定址定位等仓库日常5S工作；

4、配合维保人员做好配件报价、评审工作，及各代理商、客户的配件报价、评审、销售、应收款跟踪；

5、配合维保人员及时申请开票，账户与开票账目清晰；

6、对需要审批和盖章的合同进行提交，并对已生效的合同进行归档和管理；

7、做好分包下单和分包费的申请工作；

8、对T信息进行搜集、跟踪、更新；

9、为使各项工作得以有效开展，完成上级领导临时指派的其他工作。

任职资格：

1、大专及以上学历；

2、2年以上相关工作经验；

3、能熟练使用办公软件；

4、苏州本地户口优先考虑
