主要职责：
1. IC测试程序设计
2. 与晶圆厂/封测厂沟通整合，协助产品量产
3. 与公司内技术研发人员合作，制定并执行其有关生产制造之任务
4. 新制程,新代工厂评估及展开
5. 负责良率提升及故障分析
6. 处理客户退货与失效原因分析报告
任职要求：
1. 大学本科学历，微电子相关专业
2. 2年左右工作经验；
3. 具半导体组件与制程或半导体封装制程背景者
4. 具良好沟通协调能力

During the two years since foundation, we show a rapid growth and excellent performance. We employ over 30 people, in whom approximately 70% are technical engineers; 80% own undergraduate or postgraduate degree; and half have been working in related area for more than 5 years.
