岗位描述:

1. 负责新设备及量产设备的调试及参数设定
2. 主持召开项目的内部启动会议
3. 负责设备改造的提案和构想并推广实施;
4. 组织工装的TT及PPAP,并做工装的成型能力研究
5. 记录TT/PPAP时的工装问题,并推进工装设计师改进,并负责关闭问题清单
6. 熟悉APQP/PFMEA/PPAP/SPC及新项目报价
7. 提供设备开发时的电气方面的支持
8. 简单新设备的PLC程序编写
9. 负责新工装上的传感器等接线工作
10. 根据需要参与生产相关部门的持续改善活动
11. 在PPAP和改善活动后负责更新相应电气图纸
12. 维护和制定设备标准件


岗位要求:

1. 大学专科以上学历，电子等相关专业；
2. 在汽车或机械行业有过三年以上的模具和设备调试工作经验；
3. 有一定的解决问题能力；
4. 良好的计算机应用技能，熟练操作Auto CAD，Solidwords；
5. 精通PLC,懂机械，较强的动手能力
6. 具备良好的组织和独立的工作能力
7. 善于口头和书面的沟通

Job description in detail

1. Be responsible for new equipment and production equipment debugging and parameter setting
2. Hold the project inner kick off meeting
3. Responsible for proposing the equipment modification and promote
4. Organize tooling TT and PPAP, Responsible for tooling capability study
5. Responsible for record the outstanding issue during TT and PPAP, and tracking tooling designer to resolve it , then closing the OPL
6. Be familiar with APQP/PFMEA/PPAP/SPC and the new project quotation
7. Provide the electrical support during the equipment development
8. Write PLC program for simple machine
9. Responsible for wiring of the new tooling
10. Participates in the continual improvement activities related to production as required
11. Update the electrical drawing after the PPAP or improvement activities
12. Make the equipment spare parts list and wear parts list

Qualifications required:

1. Male , 28~35 years old
2. College degree or above, electrical engineering or similar,
3. Over 3 years relevant experience of the automotive or machinery industry
In the tooling and equipment debugging
4. Proven problem solving abilities
5. Must have well developed computer skills including Auto CAD, Solidworks
6. Proficient in PLC, Knowledge of mechanical
7. Ability to organize and work independently
8. Good communication skill no matter oral or written
