日常工作 Daily Works
1.负责公司新产品技术移交的接口工作及生产过程中遗留的工艺技术问题的解决与改善。
2.和生产团队一起工作识别和实施工艺改进。
3.主持领导ＡＰＱＰ流程，准备和更新产品报告。
4.和客户直接沟通以确认和协商产品技术规范。
5.编制ＦＭＥＡ、控制计划并组织实施。
6.通过错误分析，问题解决，实施并验证等过程来管理7.针对客户反映问题的整改方案。
8.管理所有的来自客户的工程更改。
9.领导总体的设备安装及试运行活动。
10.针对机械、电气、气动、液压设备进行持续改进工作。
11.和供应商沟通，确保设备及新产品相关物料的质量及供货及时性，参与确认供应商的ＰＰＡＰ工作。
12.和国外支持团队做好沟通合作。
13.接受上级领导临时交办任务

能力条件 Competence
熟悉公司产品的结构.功能及产品的生产工艺流程
熟悉ＴＳ１６９４９体系等质量管理理念
机械或模具相关专业，有两年以上项目管理经验
熟悉MS-Office软件
与人沟通的能力
熟练运用CAD、UG或SOLID WORK等软件
责任感强.有较强的人际沟通和管理能力，富有团队合作精神
积极主动，工作中注重时效
