Key Accountabilities/Responsibilities:
-Be responsible for the quotation to the customer and check the pricing on the order will matches the quotation
-Be responsible for the acceptance, handling and acknowledgement on of the customer orders according to the customer requests and in cooperation with production scheduler, make the necessary changes that it may happen to the production and inform customers in case of any shipping schedule change
-Be responsible for the organizing and planning of the shipments according to the shipping schedule
-Be responsible for the dispatching of the products to the designated warehouse or port by the customer
-Make the invoice & packing list and other documents that required by China Customs for every shipment and ensures the customs clearance will proceed smoothly
-Make the necessary certificates (such as COO / Form A / Form E) that required by customers
-Make the regular reports and statements concerning the sales activities according to the internal regulations of Vesuvius group
-Assist the internal & external audit where it is necessary
-Be responsible for QA system in the sphere of his/her job
-Work as a member of the quality committee
-Work with finance for any export tax issues and credit notes
-Carry out any other duties assigned by the supervisor

Knowledge/Experience/Skills Needed:
-Fluent in English and Chinese
-Good command of computer skills
-Good communication skills required
-Working under pressure and team work spirit
-Has HSE awareness and follows company HSE instructions

2002年5月在跨塘成立了新的公司－维苏威赛璐珂陶瓷（苏州）有限公司。该公司是属于维苏威集团玻璃部，维苏威的玻璃产品为玻璃工业提供以下产品：用于玻璃熔炉衬里的熔融浇涛砖，用于浮法玻璃的锡槽砖、过渡辊及退火窑辊，平板玻璃水平钢化炉用赛璐珂陶瓷辊。许多产品也用于玻璃窑炉的构造中。因此与用于钢铁浇涛的耐火材料相比，它的使用寿命更长，甚至几年。
这些产品用在各种工艺中，包括平板玻璃和玻璃容器制造业，汽车工业、建筑业、特殊光学和实验室仪器的安全玻璃成形，以及电视和电脑的显象管制造。
