Planning and Administration Job Description:
Perform the daily required activities of all office and planning tasks which include raw material stock count, order deliveries, purchase of production tools and office supplies, managing suppliers and organization of all internal financial documents.

Planning and Administration Specific Job Duties:
? Logging all received purchased orders and updating all delivery dates.
? Preparation of all purchase orders related to office and production needs.
? Supporting role for tool management by checking tool stock to determine amount available; anticipating needed stock based on production orders; placing and expediting orders for stock; verifying receipt of tool stock.
? Tracking of all material used for production.
? Preparation and organization of all internal financial documents.
? Identification of all production deliveries.
? Supporting role for consumable stock inventory levels, along with production, determine amount available, anticipating needed stock; placing and expediting orders for stock; verifying receipt of stock.
? Communication with suppliers on all purchase issues.

Skills/ Qualifications:
? Business Graduate.
? MUST have strong English speaking and writing skills
? Must have at least 5 years office experience and at least 34+ years old.
? Experience from working in a foreign company environment would be an asset
