PwC's P&LS Consulting Practice delivers the complete package from strategy to implementation to address its clients' most pressing business issues. Although we have a distinct go-to-market team dedicated to Health, the P&LS and Health teams frequently work jointly to develop propositions for the market and delivering projects for our clients. Both Heath and P&LS are designated key priorities in the current 5 Year plan, and we place equal importance on both to reflect this priority. We see the skills and experience across the sectors and interchangeable to reflect the needs of our clients.
Our Life Sciences Sales and Marketing Consulting Solutions focus on five key areas that help organizations transform their approach to producing results: commercial transformation, marketing strategy and operations, product launches, innovation, and sales force management.
Responsibilities:
Knowledge Preferred:
Demonstrates proven knowledge and success with managing compliance-related consulting engagements within a top consulting or accounting firm, including:
- Development of solutions related to strategy, operations and management in a number of functional areas of corporations or startup companies;
- Corporate compliance, including developing, analyzing and assessing corporate compliance programs; constructing, monitoring and auditing programs; managing internal risk assessment and investigations, collaborating with organization management to integrate compliance controls into the scope of existing business practices; developing and delivering compliance training, and managing incident management systems; and
- Management of multiple, complex projects and direct medium to large staff teams.
Skills Preferred:
Demonstrates proven extensive abilities and success with leading client-facing consulting teams, including:
- Communicating with external clients and internal staff in an organized and knowledgeable manner;
- Leveraging project management and project facilitation skills, especially with leading and facilitating teams and developing client proposals;
- Identifying and addressing client needs: building, maintaining, and utilizing networks of client relationships and community involvement; communicating value propositions; managing resource requirements, project workflow, budgets, billing and collections; and preparing and/or coordinating complex written and verbal materials; and
- Developing risk management programs, including risk monitoring and reporting, risk assessment and prioritization, and the facilitation of the definition of an organization's risk appetite and risk tolerance in alignment with their organization's strategy.
Requirements:
- Minimum Degree(s) and Certification(s) Required: Bachelor of Science or Bachelor of Arts degree required;
- A completed and obtained graduate level degree is preferred (i.e. Juris Doctor, Masters of Business Administration, Masters of Public Health);
- Candidates must have at least 8 years relevant experience;
- Candidates must have deep functional expertise and industry knowledge associated with one or more of the following functional domains: Anti-bribery, anti-corruption, Medical Affairs & Clinical Compliance, Compliance Monitoring;
- Fluency in English and Mandarin; and
- Ability to create and deliver high-impact communications to senior audiences (written and oral in both Chinese and English) and facilitate complex discussions.
