Responsibilities:

1.Lead Engineer of transportation repair shop, follow repair orders to get order closed within date

TS项目售后维修组Leader工程师， 处理维修任务单并按时关单

2.Repair to complex units and determine if scrap is necessary

复杂不良品的维修和报废判断处理

3.Closely work with Denmark TS HQ to process regular repair request and issues

和丹麦总部紧密合作处理售后维修要求和问题解决

4.Well Train and Lead to Repair Tech to get well group assignment of daily duty

培训技术员，组织技术员处理日常工作

5.Repair Tester Setup, Calibration, Maintain and spare parts management

维修用的测试设备安装，校准，维护和备件管理

6.IOS entering of failure info register, repair database maintain

维修信息的IOS系统录入，更新和数据维护

7.Period report of WIP status base on TS request

基于TS要求的定期更新报告

8.Others job assigned by manager

经理分配的其他工作

Requirements:

1.Bachelor’s degree or above

本科学历（经验丰富的，专科亦可）

2.Minimum of 5 years Direct in EMS industry as leader Debug engineer experience is must required

5年以上电子制造业Leader维修工程师经验

3.Full capability to repair main board level Analogue mix Digital boards, and RF products repair experience. Familiar with RF Communication System is strongly encouraged

有能力维修模数混合电路主控板产品和射频产品，有通讯基站相关产品维修经验者最好

4.Advanced technical skills. Have strong experience to trouble shooting the complex MB and RF module. Rework skill is necessary

技术能力强，有丰富的主板及射频板维修经验，需要能熟练使用返修工具

5.Work dependently as group leader to have issues handle, resolve, escalate and report

作为TS维修组Leader，有独立工作的能力

6.Ability to effectively communicate with external or internal parties to achieve business objectives/results

较好的内外部沟通能力以达成业务项目目标

7.Fluent in English is must require, including oral and written, independent working with Foreign and oversea training

具有流利的英语沟通能力，可以独立和国外客户处理问题以及海外培训

8.Ability to work under the environment of high pressure and challenge

9.Good Office Skill
