职位描述
岗位职责：
1、参与系统的需求调研和需求分析，撰写相关技术文档；
2、搭建系统开发环境，完成系统框架和核心代码的实现；
3、项目概要设计、详细设计、开发计划等的编制并实施；
4、系统开发测试、部署和集成；
5、负责解决开发过程中的技术问题；
6、参与代码维护与备份；
任职要求：
1、本科及以上，计算机相关专业毕业，2年以上Java/J2EE实际操作经验；
2、对Java语言基础有较好的掌握（IO、多线程、反射），能够熟练使用常用设计模式；精通常用的数据结构和算法；
3、对J2EE技术体系有深入理解，掌握J2EE基础开发技术（Servlet、JDBC）；至少精通JBOSS、Websphere、Tomcat中的一种容器开发、部署；
4、熟悉Struts/Webwork、Spring等开源框架；
5、熟悉UML和OOAD设计方法，有系统架构经验并对其有理解；
6、具有高并发量网站缓存部署、管理技术，如：集群、Memcached、Squid等；
7、精通Oracle/SQL Server/MySQL其中之一，有深厚的数据库开发经验；对于数据库调优具有丰富经验；
8、能承受一定的工作压力，有责任心和上进心；
