ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Support and maintain all systems used by AQS in the audit process

2. Control the flow of material into the inspection area through maintenance of audit plans in Cat's SAP system

3. Respond to reactive quality requests and MRC vendor related NC records by maintaining 100% inspection plans

4. Maintain inspection plans for individual part numbers based on data analysis and specific customer requests

5. Provide evidence to supervisor to ensure customer requirements are being met and material flow is properly maintained

6. Responsible for WQS database and network administration

7. Utilize Caterpillar legacy SAP systems

8. Ensure accurate, reliable and timely results in analysis, metrics and reporting

9. Conduct the weekly report and monthly report per Cat's requirements.

10. Create specific criteria per the print, assembly relationship and MRC feedback info and include in WQS instructions to auditors

11. Other duties as assigned

REQUIREMENTS/COMPETENCIES

· Excellent written and verbal communication required

· Expert with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access

· Visio and MS Project experience desired

· Information Systems or Quality/Manufacturing background

· Familiarity with blueprints and GD&T desired

· Able to display proper business etiquette at all times
