Job Title: Administrator


Location: Huangpu District, Shanghai


About the job:


The role is a member of Admin team and is responsible of office internal administration duties in general.


Job Responsibilities:

- Follow and implement office administrative policies; standardize the procedures

- Responsible for office supply purchasing, office space leasing/renovation and contract management

- Service vendor selection, management and control

- Office facilities and IT/Telephone system management

- Travel and meeting arrangements

- Organize company events and provide logistic support

- Office documentation recording/filing/updating

- Office admin budget planning and cost control

- Responsible for in-coming phone call and fax

- Responsible for courier log and spread-out

- Coordinate visitor arrangement

- Responsible for managing meeting room standards and booking arrangement

- Purchase office stationary and daily goods

- Assist new staff on-board

- Make employee attendance report and leave report


Key qualification:

- College degree or above

- 3-4 years of working experience

- Fluent in English and Chinese, good communication skill

- Familiar with file work and good computer skill
