Responsibilities:
- organize the activities of engineering dedicated to the project ( france / shanghai / jv teams/ engineering consultant)
- ensure the respect of the scheduled activities (planning), the parts delivery at time at the good level f the assembly of the vehicle
- commit on robustness of product definition, respect of targets
- manage operationally the component engineers in China
- follow the progress of the validation plan, in france in china
- follow closely all the quality results in his field, manage the quality defects so as to set palliative solution definitive solution
- propose to projects all decisions in own responsibility perimeter
Requirement:
- master degree (phd will be a plus)
- excellent ability of synthesis, leadership communication
- fluent english communication skills (french will be a plus)
- solid experience in project management team management
- at least 8 years wking experience in project management powertrain
