职位描述
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide 2nd level technical support of installation, maintenance and troubleshooting of hardware (computer, printer,
phone, etc.) and software, maintain high level of service, efficiency and response possible.
- Maintain individual queue with Remedy Helpdesk application for managing and resolving an appropriate number of
tickets within the required SLA
- Work closely with Asset Management team to actively manage IT assets lifecycle via the standard Asset
Management tool and process
- End user computer training
Competencies & Experience Required/Desired:
- Above 3 years experience troubleshooting computer networks, hardware and software
- Working knowledge of Windows 2003/2008 active directory and user account management
- Excellent Windows XP, Windows 7 and Macintosh troubleshooting skills
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office 2003 and 2010 applications
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Proficient in supporting Microsoft platform, Windows/Office systems, Active Directory, professional certifications
(MCSE, CCNA) are advantageous
- Microsoft Exchange and Sharepoint experience a plus
- Certifications in Microsoft or Cisco technologies a plus
- Multilingual skills a plus
- English mandatory
- The selected candidate must be self-motivated and have the ability to work in a fast paced, changing environment
as well as the ability to work independently with minimal direction.

- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
