HR Operation and Process Supervisor

The HR Operation and Process Supervisor will report to HR Operations & Process Manager. He/she is responsible for the development & management of China HR Operationss centre.

This person will work with and coordinate with different stakeholders, including global IT team in pushing SAP trouble shooting, the BU HR and site HR to improve their data process and data accuracy. He/she will also have the responsibility for supporting the design and review on HR Systems processes required for the country wide best practices & sustainable support model.

The role is also responsible to supervisor the HR Data management team for the daily Operations of the China HR Operations centre. He/she will be responsible for the development, retention and performance management of the team. In addition, he/she will be involved in certain projects, supporting various team on payroll systems implementation, SAP enhancement and merger & acquisitions activities.


Key responsibilities of the job:

- Support HR Operations & Process Manager to drive the setup of China HR Operations centre
- Supervise the Operations team to support the data management process design, define, standardization and optimization
- Be responsible for the quality delivery and continuous improvement of all the ongoing Operations activities for the China HR Operations centre
- Be responsible for the overall data management processes and ultimate data integrity for the China HR Operations centre
- Conduct cross function communications and ensure business partners understand and comply with the polices
- Support merger & acquisitions activities


Qualifications & Special skills required:

- Project management and process control skills, Ability to communicate and interpret process to followers
- Familiar with China labour law, mandatory benefits and individual income tax regulations and market practices
- Excellent interpersonal and people management skills
- Ability to work under pressure in fast paced, complex environment
- Bachelor Degree
- 3 - 4 years of supervisory experience in HR/C&B related function in MNCs
- HR data team management and professional service experience is preferred
- Strong in PowerPoint or Visio workflow charting
- Proficiency in both written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin
