KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

？ Issue and reconcile tax invoices, conduct VAT invoice physical verification

？ Assist Tax Accountant (off-site) with other tax related work, such as summarizing VAT filing data, uploading IC card and BT information, purchasing miscellaneous stamps, registering patent license

？ Receive, collect and scan invoices or other documents, and transfer the scanned images to FSSC for further processing

？ Chop and transfer manual checks

？ Verify and write off export proceeds and register Forex payment in local SAFE

？ Process bank account open / close and bank signature update

？ File vouchers, documents and statutory reports

？ Prepare SOX documentation on voucher/documents filing in order to ensure the documents represent the company's existing situation, and implement an action plan to address the SOX findings in order to ensure compliance with SOX regulations and other Corporate policies

？ Provide support in external and internal audits

？ Assist Service Support Manager to identify potential areas for improvement, support the implementation of the initiatives in order to drive continuous optimization

REQUIREMENTS

？ College degree or above, majoring in accounting, finance or a related field

？ More than 1 year’s working experience in finance function, experience in multi-national company or shared service is preferred

？ Basic accounting knowledge, familiarity with US GAAP, PRC accounting standards and statutory regulations is an advantage

？ Good communication skills in both Mandarin and English

？ Basic command of MS Office and SAP system

？ Integrity, accountability, proactive working attitude, customer-oriented, self-motivated, ability to work under pressure
