职位描述

Key Position Responsibilities
?Responsible for the preparation and management of all facilities expenditure and Capital budgets to ensure spend is to plan and reporting of all cost savings and efficiency improvements.
?Provides training, guidance, direction and work assignments for Maintenance department staff members. Serves as mentor/coach and provides development plans.
?Responsible for developing and implementing an appropriate Manufacturing Equipment Excellence (ME2) program. Evaluate and implement best practices, establish performance metrics and train personnel to world-class performance.
?Defines projects, provides leadership role in planning and administering major facilities and maintenance projects. For all projects, reviews and estimates design costs including equipment, installation, labor, materials, preparation and other related costs.
?For all projects, inspects or directs the inspection of construction and installation to ensure conformance to established codes, corporate requirements, specifications and schedules.
?Support purchasing department to evaluate and select contractors/vendors related to equipments. Ensures contractors meet all performance requirements, including cost, quality, safety and environmental
?Understanding of operations process and critical impacts from facilities systems.
?Provide direction to ensure all Quality requirements for the site are met as prescribed by regulatory, work instructions and SOP. Complete Quality action plans on time to support Quality processes and audits.
?Provide direction and leadership for the preparation and placement of all contracts in conjunction with procurement partner to ensure maximum cost efficiency.
?To develop, review and/or approve Technical Standards and policies related to manufacturing equipment for company.
?To assure Facilities Systems are robust and comply with all applicable Regulatory standards.
?To foster an environment of innovation within the Facilities functions.
?To partner with other business functions and contractors to implement solutions to achieve business goals.
?To establish and report appropriate Facilities business KPI’s to identify and priorities actions. To lead, influence and implement improvement opportunities and problem solutions

Experience
Skills and Abilities (Can Do Criteria):
Education/Experience:
?BS level qualification in equipment management or equivalent technical degree desired, or equivalent proven experience is presented. Minimum of 8 years experience in a diverse and technically challenging manufacturing environment if possible medical device, pharmaceutical or similar regulated industry, of which 3 - 5 years were held at a management level. Including experience at site management level.
?Demonstrated experience in achieving and maintaining effective facilities management Systems in a Multi-National Corporation.
?In addition, excellent written and verbal communication skills. Knowledge of related standards and regulations and demonstrated expertise in interpretation and practical application of these requirements.
?A demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines/budgets.
?A demonstrated ability to develop and implement project plans that result in maximum efficiency with minimal waste.
?A demonstrated ability to balance and manage business risks consistent with company Policies.
?Ability to effectively negotiate and influence Senior Company Management and other Departments and Contract companies.

?Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
Computer Skills:
?To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Outlook, Word; Excel; PowerPoint and Project Management software.
