岗位职责：

产品线管理（70％）

－协助销售促进相应产品线销售增长以达成销售和利润预算；

－根据需要向客户介绍新产品和技术并协助销售达成目标；

－为客户提供现场应用和技术支持；

－了解相应产品线的市场信息并及时记录和反馈。

新产品的销售和跟踪（30％）

－促进新产品导入市场；

－和区域产品团队及研发部门合作引进新产品/应用技术；

－跟踪新产品的利润和销售趋势情况。

岗位要求：

－机械相关专业本科以上学历；

－2－3年机械加工行业（如汽车、轴承、机械磨削工具、切削工具等）技术支持或工艺经验；

－良好的中英文沟通能力；

－良好的团队合作能力和快速学习能力，工作努力；

－能够经常出差；

－能承受压力。

Main Responsibilities:

Management of Product Lines

- 70% of time,

- Drive growth of the respective product lines to hit budgets of sales and profitability. Also drive introduction of new products and technologies as required and hit targets. Provide necessary application and technical support to the field;

- Understanding of market situation of the respective product lines in terms of market movements, competitive actions and threats, market shares etc. and recording/reporting of the same in established product templates.

New Product Sales and Tracking

-30% of time,

- To plan and drive new product launch into the market and manage the profitability of the new product;

-Work with regional product management, R&D to introduce latest product/application Technology;

-Tracking of new sales product profitability and sales trend.

Main Requirements:

- Bachelor or above degree with Mechanical major;

- 2-3 years of technical support or process working experience in the industry of machinery such as automobile, bearing, machine tool, cutting tool etc.;

- Good communication skills both in Chinese and English;

- Team player, hard worker and quick learner;

- Can accept frequent travel;

- Can work under pressure.
