Signal Integrity Test Engineer



-Job Description

1. Measure signal quality/characteristics of different IO buses on motherboards
2. Identify and resolve unexpected observations found during testing and analysis
3. Attend meetings/conferences periodically with Northern America
4. Provide clear and concise reports of results amongst engineering leaders in the organization

-Requirement

1. College degree with 3+ year or Bachelor degree with 1.5+ year working experience in PC/ASIC company
2. Familiar with discrete Graphic Card and x86 PC Architecture.
3. Familiar with bus theory such as PCI Express, I2C, SMBUS, HDMI, DP, DVI, LVDS, eDP, Memory, SATA, USB, etc.
4. Familiar with high speed signal theory
5. Familiar with test method for high speed signal including transmitter/receiver testing
6. Familiar with test fixture and test equipment such as Oscilliscope, Network Analyzer, Logic Analyzer, Protocol Analyzer, etc.
7. Good soldering skill and regression skills
8. Good skill set to understand and explore root causes of issues
9. Good team worker and willing to work overtime and under pressure
10. Good at English writing, reading, speaking and listening.
11. Good sense of task arrangement for multiple projects and able to complete all in time.
