职位描述
Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for training function management;
2. Building training system, making annual and special project training plan, and supervising training courses implemented;
3. Work closely with business partners and external parties to identify and implement effective training solutions;
4. Explore and evaluate alternative delivery channels to address the dynamic training and development needs of the staff;
5. Manage employee relationship and communication items;
6. Internal communication channels building and maintain, outstanding recognition, company culture promotion; and performance system.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor with major in Business Administration, Training & Development, Psychology or related discipline;
2. 4 years of working experience of which 2 years solid training and development experience in program delivery and design;
3. Proficient in both written & spoken English;
4. Excellent presentation and delivery skill;
5. A team player with good communication skills.
