PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:
1. Realization of the strategic planning for Service and implementation of the strategy to operational targets
2. Realization of Service planning (customer results, maintenance, invest planning, personnel planning, etc.)
3. Maintain pricing and billing system for both spare parts and service activities.
4. Support of project handling & timely installation of new equipment at customer site
5. Coordinate with KAM’s for the joint executions that assure the alignment and success of the country strategic objectives.
6. Leading and support of further development of the Service personnel
7. Securing and improvement of all Service processes, according to defined standards
8. Ensure and maintain the reliability of combibloc equipment, securing of a high customer satisfaction, considering the internal Service targets
9. Leading of the directly assigned employees and securing the attainment of the defined targets
10. Assist Head of Cluster AP-N in various aspects and establish monthly reports.


ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

Knowledge, Skills & Experience Required:
? Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical - Engineering or equivalent graduate Degree.
? Excellent communication skills (both in Chinese and English, written & spoken) to connect with internal and external contacts adequately.
? Experience of minimum 8 years in Food & Beverage(FMCG) industry plant/operation management in multinational manufacturing companies is preferred.
? Creative thinking, should be combined with strong service management skills and enthusiastic and dynamic style.
? Must be a strategic thinker capable of operating with minimum supervision.
? Strong leadership skill and service minded.
? Pleasant personality, open and very good interpersonal skill.
? Proven successful career track record in relevant field.
? An awareness of cultural variability gained from working experience in Asia and Europe
? Developed leadership and interpersonal skills
? Achievement oriented and profit focused.

Company profile -SIG Combibloc
  SIG Combibloc is one of the world's leading system suppliers of aseptic carton packaging and filling machines for beverages and food with around 5,000 staff world-wide. Headquartered in Neuhausen am Rheinfall, Switzerland.
  SIG Combibloc entered Chinese market as early as 1985. In July, 2004, the paper plant in Suzhou Industry Park had been in production on a 60,000 square meter site. Not long after that, the assembly center in Suzhou started its operation, in 2010. Until now, the capacity of Suzhou paper plant has reached 12 billion packs per year. In 2017, the construction of Technical Center AP that located in SIP Suzhou is in progress and held ground-breaking ceremony in May 2017.
