职位描述
Recruitment
1) To provide on site recruitment of Supervisory and below positions for VF CDC.
2) Responsible for interview process for Supervisory and below positions.
HR Service
1) To provide day to day HR service including staffing, employee relationship, labour contract and other events for VF CDC.
2) Any temporary task from Manager
HR Report
1) Responsible for HR reports related to recruitment and headcount, such as weekly movement report, and weekly vacancies report, etc.
Training
1. Consult and obtain internal training needs, understand skills gap and conduct needs assessment
2. Develop training materials as needed, update existing course content
3. Implement the training programs to improve the performance and efficiency of employees
4. Source, evaluate and manage training vendor
Development
1) Coordinate and execute the various organization development programs, such as BMP, OER, New Management program and E-learning
2) Formulate long-term people development strategy and annual plan in line with the business development
Performance Evaluation
1) According to company policy and practice, implement the annual and mid-year performance evaluation for CDC
HR Report
1) Responsible for HR reports related to training & development including Training Assessment Report, Attendance report, etc.
Job Qualification
1. Education Level
Bachelor Degree or above
2. Work experience
At least 5 years HR experience, and at least 2 years in management
3. Personal Character
1) Good communication skill
2) Active personality and mature character
3) Endure work pressure
4) Honest and diligent
4. Others
1) Fluent English both in written and oral
2) Familiar with Microsoft skill, especially in WORD, EXCEL and PPT
