职位描述
1. To plan, organize and implement all new machine and process set up.
2. To work out Standard Operating Proceduces and other relevent process and technical documents for production operation.
3. To plan, organize and implement all necessary all testing to ensure the process and production is capable of meeting product specification.
4. To ensure the production schedule, resource planning and output meeting the target.
5. To ensure that products is strictly manufactured according to products specifications and Standard Operating Procedures.
6. To continuous look into ways to enhance the productivity of the production by utilizing machine capacity and manpower in an optimum way.
7. To ensure all the raw materials, work in progress materials, finished products utilization are properly identified, stored and recorded. Any shortage, losses, and abnomality to be reported to immediate superior immediately.
8. To ensure non-conforming products are properly identified and segregated.
9. To work together with product engieering for new or improvment products/projects.
10. To work together with maintenance team to carry out preventive maintenance to ensure machine donwtime is minimum.
11. To attend the machine breakdown and all plant related problem. Rectify accordingly in order to minimize the downtime.
12. To plan, organizce and implement training programs and activities for all subordinate.
13. To ensure the production rework or reject is minimum.
14. To assist superior in control the production cost.
15. To lead and initiate process improvement activity, i.e Rapid Continous Improvement.
16. To work together with QA department and customer for all product quality issue trouble shooting and to come out or to carry out the corrective and preventive measures.
17. To ensure workers discipline are maintained all time and to motivate workers to achieve company objectives.
18. To interact with other departments to achieve company objectives.
19. To ensure safe work culture and environment when carry out the duties and compliance with all safety, health and environment rules and regulations.
20. To carry out and ensure good housekeeping in working area.
21. Other duties as required by superior from time to time.
