职位描述
- Job responsibilities:
Responsible for whole recruitment process. Consult with hiring managers to gather recruit-ment requirements, posting ads, screen resumes and conduct interview.
Widen recruitment channels to build up a key talent pool. Attracting qualified employees and matching them to jobs within the organization .Find the right person at the right time for the company.
Communicate with the related departments about the open position’ requirements and re-sponsibilities, Participate in job analysis and JD filing. Then post the information on the website.
Assists with the recruiting process: develop postings, post job openings, schedule interviews, response letters, and background checks.
Work out annual headcount budget with line departments and carry out recruitment accord-ing to the plan.
Develop internal and external relationships necessary to effectively fill open positions and build future talent pool.
Responsible for tracking related HR system and recruitment reports to make sure our re-cruitment are professional and efficient.
Responsibility for employee’s registration and leaving procedure.
- Job requirements:
College degree with Human Resources or English
At least 3 years working experience in recruitment function in multinational companies
Be familiar with the national and regional Labour law, policy and regulations.
Good spoken and written English.
Good team work spirit, computer skill, etc.

In good physical conditions, can meet post demands
