Responsibilities - Tasks / 责任及任务 :
1.Arrange the production line according to the Production Plan;
根据生产计划安排班次生产任务。
2.Balance the work of the shift, optimize the productivity
平衡班组团队之间的工作，优化生产力。
3.Organize the shift member (including technicians/Mold changer/martieral) efficient and reasonable.Make sure that each team member knows his / her responsibility.
确保各团队成员熟知他/她的责任,组织各班组(包括领班/技术员/换模人员/加料人员等)成员合理而高效地工作。
4.Keep the daily production records correctly, including daily maintenance, scrap, TIG records, etc and report to Production Director on time;
确保日常生产记录（如日点检单，废品单，TIG 表等）正确有序，并且及时向运营总监汇报
5.Quality controlling: check and release the first sample of production, check the quality control records every 2hours and solve the quality issues on time during production;
生产质量控制 :检查放行首件,每2小时检查质量控制点记录,及时解决生产过程中的质量问题。
6.Be responsible for improving OEE, reducing the scrap rate and unplaned downtime;
负责改进提高生产效率,降低废品率及非计划性停机时间
7.Make sure the material consumption is correct according to the BOM of production order. Any abnormal consumption should be checked and recorrected;
确保生产订单物料的正确使用,检查更正物料的异常消耗.
8.Implement 5S and production standard layout accordingly;
推行5S，遵守标准布局.
9.Make sure the production safety management be executed strictly;
确保安全生产管理贯彻执行。
10.Support relevant department for machines/ fixtures/tools maintenance management;
协助相关部门管理生产设备及工装夹具的维护保养。
11.Be responsible for the training of the shift leaders/operators and their evaluation;
负责本部门员工的教育培训及绩效考核
12.Be responsible for the definition of the relevant documents and execute them accordingly
负责部门相关文件的制定及执行.
13.Folllow and optimice the current production processes;
遵守并改进生产流程。
14.The task defined by his/her manager;

Job Requirements / 工作要求 :
1.Good technical knowledge (5S, JIT, MRP, Lean Production…);
良好的专业知识技能，包括（5S，JIT， MRP, 精益生产等）
2.At least 2 years of experience in production management;
两年以上生产管理等方面的经验。
3.Experience in quality managemen;
具备一定的品质管理经验。
4.ISO 9000 knowledge;
掌握ISO 9000系列知识。
5.Open minded, good communication skill and self-motivated;
开朗的心态，良好的沟通技能和自我激励。
6.Oral and written English;
良好的英语口头和写作能力。
