Job Requirements:
1. 1 or 2 years of sales experience. Automotive industry would be preferred;
2. Bachelor degree or above, major in Chemical, Engineering, Economics;
3. Independent thinking, capable in the problem solving;
4. Skillful in communication with people of different types, ability of clearly expressing the problems;
5. A good aware of team work cooperation;
6. Willing to support the team members;
7. Honest, diligent, and disciplined;
8. Be optimistic, and persistent to achieve defined targets;
9. Skillful in using Microsoft Office;
10. Fluent Mandarin and English in speaking and writing. Japanese-speaking is preferred, but is not compulsively required.
Job Description:
Maintain and develop tesa business in automotive Japanese customers, mainly focused on FAW-Toyota and their components suppliers.
1. Integrate and support the company plans and targets;
2. Sensitively develop and update market information;
3. Find and analyze customers’ problems, and come up with efficient solutions;
4. Coordinate and communicate between external customers and internal colleagues;
5. A good sense of market competition situation;
6. Find new business opportunities at auto customers.
