Responsibilities:
Report to: GM (American)
Manage and Control the tool room activities including tooling design and manufacturing to support the new product development and mass production. Manage the Tool Room based on EQDC metrics, focus on improve Tool Quality, On Time delivery performance. Develop the team to meet the company goal and provide the support on operations. Identify areas of improvement and recommend process/equipment modifications/upgrade to enhance operational efficiencies of machine / equipment.

1.Daily Production Planning and Implementation of Tool Room activities, fully utilize the resources of the Tool Room.
2.Coaching and Developing people to meet the company goal, from process knowledge to world class manufacturing support.
3.Ensure tool service match to the business needs, including setup team to focus on maintenance of the tools, on time support to any emergency requirement from production.
4.Implement Lean Manufacturing, maintain EQDC board of tool room, drive all tool makers involve in the improvement activities.
5.Provide strong support on the new product development, include prioritizing jobs on hand or seek help from supply chain, identify new opportunity from new products.

Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree in Tool Design and Manufacturing or mechanical
2. Over 10 years experience in foreign company holding the similar position and solid experience on making tools
3. Familiarity of processes of stamping, die casting etc
4. Good command of both oral and written English is a must since this position will be supporting and interfacing with Global team
5. Should have demonstrated Leadership skills and must have experience in working with multiple teams on multiple projects
