(Senior Associate Director or Associate Director) , Customer Services and Training
Property and Facilities Management department

Responsibilities:
Covering the Greater China region. This is a senior role responsible for:
1、 the development of strategies for corporate brand building, promote corporate image and client experience ;
2、establish corporate visual identity guidelines, standards and execution plan;
3、implement the action plan with the support of regional operations team;
4、monitor the implementation process and ensure the compliance with the guidelines and standards across the region;
5、conduct regular visit and perform on-the-job training for front line staff.

Requirements:
1、Experience in hospitality industry, property and facilities management, customer services, event management and brand building;
2、Proven track record in brand building , setting up and implementation of corporate visual identity guidelines and standards;
3、Able to drive ideas and program into execution;
4、Excellent communications and presentation skill, in both Mandarin and English;
5、Strong business sense and sensitive to clients’ need;
6、Creative, persuasive and enthusiastic;
7、Frequent travel, in mainland China region;
8、College graduate or University degree in related disciplines.

Location:
This role will be based in either Shanghai or Beijing.
