Job description
The Advanced Case Management Architect in the GBS Smarter Process CoC is expected to lead Advanced Case Management (ACM) engagement activities ranging from pre-sales to sales to delivery as required by the client engagement/contract. They will be subject matter experts in the application of Modeling tools to complex business environments in large global enterprises. They will have demonstrated experience in full life-cycle ACM engagements. They will be responsible for building Proofs of Concepts and demonstrating the capabilities of the ACM discipline, and working to a defined roadmap to address client's critical business needs in conformance with overall corporate objectives. Expert-level experience with IBM WebSphere Application Server; Enterprise Content Management platforms and capabilities (IS / P8 / CM8 / CMOD / DataCap / ICC / FSM); Architecture of highly available core P8 and IBM Case Manager environments; IBM "Blue Stack" hardware Technologies" (P-series servers / IBM Storage solutions); Experience with IBM FileNet P8 product suite upgrades and transition planning activities; FileNet System Monitor (FSM). The Smarter Process Center of Competency team is comprised of experts who are globally deployable deep subject matter experts. The Consultants are available to accelerate sales and delivery in high growth areas and emerging markets, thus supplementing local solutioning and delivery excellence capabilities. Seeking candidate's with strong personal and written communication skills; ability to work and perform technical research independently; time management with the ability to work on multiple projects concurrently; ability to process, organize, and extract relevant technical information for customer projects; presentation skills - conduct customer facing "whiteboard" sessions and lead technical planning sessions; desire to constantly learn and develop technical breadth across multiple technical domains; committed to completing a formal IBM Architect certification training path. Experience in the following Industries is preferred: Banking, Telco, Insurance, Retail. Experience in modeling Simulation and Optimization processes is a plus. Ability to accommodate extensive global worldwide international travel.
