岗位职责:
1、负责中国大陆及香港市场的客户服务工作, 并偶尔协助其他亚洲分公司;
2、负责机器的组配、安装、调试并查找和维修电气及机械的相关问题;
3、负责安装硬件及软件的控制程序, 包括继电控制电路, 电路板等;
4、大部分机器都是PLC控制的。部份机器接入客户或生产商的网络。负责相关联的事务性工作。
岗位要求:
1、大专及以上学历;
2、3-5年工作相关工作经验,从事过自动化设备的维护与维修;
3、良好的中英文口语及写作能力;
4、具有很强的机械方面相关能力;
5、具有很好的技术图纸阅读与理解能力,包括接线图,原理图和机械类图纸;
6、可以使用电机诊断设备及随机仪表来诊断和找出机器问题。
JOB DESCRIPTION
1. POSITION OBJECTIVE
The service technician performs customer service for the P.R. China and Hong Kong market and the occasional support for other Asian subsidiaries. The service technician performs the construction, assembly, installation and commission of equipment. Troubleshoots and repairs electrical mechanical problems and/or the built-in hardware &software control programming, which includes relay control circuits, electronic boards. Most machines are PC controlled,
some use PLC’s. Some machines are linked to customer’s and manufacturer’s IT network.
2. PRINCIPAL DUTIES
- Assembling and start-up and testing of the whole Albrecht B?umer GmbH & Co.KG product range of machines
- Maintaining and servicing of the machines; onsite repairs for machine breakdowns
- Customer training courses for the adequate operation of the machine
- Remote maintenance, service telephone, calls readiness at the office location
- Intensive communication with our company in Germany, especially Sales and Service Department
- Taking part at qualifying programs.
- Promoting preventive maintenance contracts: Visit worksites on a regular basis to do preventive maintenance on instrumentation, controls, breakers, motors, drives (electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic), circuit boards, PLC’s, and other associated equipment according to the manufacturers' recommended schedules and whenever emergencies arise. During these calls, inspect equipment for faults and completeness. Test equipment to determine operational condition. Troubleshoot to determine location and extent of equipment faults. Repair equipment by adjusting, aligning, repairing, or replacing defective components
- Dismantling of machines for refurbishment or moving
- Occasionally preparing and participating at exhibitions
- Keeping the senior management informed on progress or problems on site, with written reports and checking in with senior management before leaving a site
- Doing office work (reports, spare parts lists, customer advice,…) while not on a service call
- Active selling of spare parts and cutting tools during customer visits and by telephone.
- Arranging administrative service reports
3. Job Specifications:
- Associate degree in electronic technology
(practical experience may be substituted for years of education)
- 3-5 years of experience in maintenance and repair in automation environment (prefer cutting machines)
- Good verbal/written Chinese and good verbal/written English skills
- Having a strong of mechanical aptitude
- Having the capabilities to read and understand technical drawings (wiring diagrams, schematics, and mechanical drawings)
- Having the ability to use electric-motor diagnostic equipment, and other associated instrumentation to perform diagnostics and troubleshooting of B?umer equipment.
- Having the ability to troubleshoot and work independently
- Interacting professionally with customers and answer their questions, promoting customer satisfaction and good will
- Having strong knowledge of automation with PLC’s (Allen Bradley, Siemens) and PC’s
- Understanding control system hardware and software
- Having a range of advanced IT skills - (DOS, WIN NT, Win XP, Word/Excel/Access/AutoCAD/Outlook,…)
- Willingness to travel and work in a global team of professionals; willingness and able to travel extensively
- Willingness and able to work weekends and overtime
- Ability to handle stressful situations; availability to work nights and weekends on emergency
- Ability to adhere to safety rules and regulations; taking precautions is essential to guard against work hazards
- Ability to stand and work on ladder or fork lift and to crawl in tight spaces to perform installation and repair. May be
exposed to heat, grease, and noise on factory sites
- Willingness and able to travel (up to 70% of time – annual average) by air or automobile to customer site
- Understanding of the culture of an international business environment
- Good customer service skills, in person, on the phone and by email
- Some German language skills (desirable)
- Capability of finding suitable solutions and expressing own ideas to the senior management
