Role Summary/Purpose
This position provides leadership and strategic direction to the Bently Nevada organization in China with ultimate accountability for achieving growth objectives across the China Infrastructure unit.
And Lead the service growth strategy & Provide leadership needed to drive the profitable growth of service business.

Essential Responsibilities
• Develop & lead execution the product line strategy for Bently Nevada businesses in China. Manage and achieve orders, sales revenue, margin, and costs goals for both Bently Nevada and M&C Service businesses in China;
• Lead Bently China cross function team including Sales/Marketing/CommOps/Project Management/Engineering/Service. Build a working environment which values teamwork to the overall benefit of customer satisfaction and business growth.
• Establishes performance metrics, standards &measurements for direct reports and the China Operation as a whole. Regularly monitors performance through timely performance reviews to create/enhance operational efficiencies and improve performance & productivity.
• Work with global and local Product/Marketing/Engineering teams on Bently new product definition by providing customer’s requirements from China region. Lead the local team to commercialize ICFC products and achieve ICFC commercial commitment.
• Lead M&C China service team to drive service safety, productivity and customer satisfaction. Grow service financial result and overall M&C China business result in a balanced way.
• Implement operation safety policy instructions and conduct work in compliance with all ESH applicable regulations and employee safety practices.
• Recruit, coach and develop talents within the team. Team size: Service team 100+ direct reports. BN team virtually lead 70+ people.

Qualifications/Requirements
• Demonstrated ability to create an actionable strategy and develop detailed operational plans; see problems and identify solutions before others; identify the need to shift direction; be energized by finding clarity in demanding and ambiguous situations; utilize strong bias for action.
• Strong knowledge and background in the China Oil and Gas, Energy, Pipeline and Infrastructure Markets.
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills with a strong focus on data-driven decision making.
• Cross-functional experience and experience working across cultures, teams and time zones with ability to handle multiple tasks in compressed timeframes.
• Effective interpersonal, communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
• Unyielding personal commitment to Integrity, able to drive safety, legal, environmental and process compliance across the organization.
• Demonstrated leadership skills including developing and communicating a vision, leveraging knowledge of operational management techniques and financial data.

Desired Characteristics

• Fluent English
• Bachelor Degree relevant , Master + preferred
• Oil & Gas industry experience , 10 + management /leadership experience on business operation
• Besides Business Management experience, Service Experience plus preferred
