Qualification/background 职位要求
1、College degree or above. Majored in mechanical or related / 大专以上机械类相关专业
2、Be familiar with customer complaint procedure / 熟悉客户投诉处理流程
3、Computer Literate MS Office to include Excel and Word / 懂电脑办公软件，会使用Excel 和Word 软件
4、Familiar with PPAP, SPC etc quality tools / 熟悉PPAP,SPC等质量管理工具
Job description 职位描述
1、Deal with customer complaint in certain time (communication with other department, stock check and block) / 在规定期限内处理客户投诉（和其它相关部门进行沟通、确认，对现有库存的复查和锁定）
2、Special testing (sample testing, 3rd party Lab testing, group testing) / 特殊测试（样品测试，第三方测试，总部样品测试）
3、Other task as assigned by superior / 完成其他上级主管交办的任务
