Responsibility:

l Maintain and grow existing business through service & customer relationship maintenance;

l Dig out business opportunity within existing customer portfolio or work with regional/global owner to win new business;

l Take leadership of the RFQ/RFI for assigned accounts, engage pricing/solution team to offer customize, tailor-made solutions;

l Work with product leader to achieve better cost & work with customer for pricing negotiation in order to improve yield for the business;

l Respond to customer inquiries, concerns and hunt for new business locally if any opportunity;

l Regular service review with customers, work with customer service team to ensure customer satisfaction and limit the number of complaints;

l Pro-actively send out or follow up sales lead to work with other stations for developing business;

l Lead to implement new business, drop SOP and provide required information to achieve customer satisfaction


Qualification:

l Bachelor degree, CET6, minimum 6 logistic industry experience, 3 year sales or key account manager experiences in multi-national logistic company

l Must read, write and communicate fluently in Mandarin & English. Ability to communicate and interact with people from multi-national and diverse background Computer Skills

l Proficiency in Word, Excel, Power Point Other Skills/Experience

l Professional Negotiation and presentation skill

l Knowledge of Contract logistics & Freight forwarding
