岗位描述：
1、通过在线聊天工具（旺旺、QQ等），解答顾客对产品和购买服务的疑问，促成销售订单；
2、站内信息，店铺留言，及宝贝留言和论坛等的及时回复；
3、及时回复旺旺咨询及留言，有问必答；
4、熟悉店内商品的特性和尺寸，能准确有效地为顾客做推荐参考；
5、及时提醒顾客并备注其特殊要求，并与发货部门及时沟通，避免发货出错；
6、能为顾客着想，详细问清尺寸与风格，为其建议是否合适；
7、处理好相关售后的衔接与解释工作，不与顾客发生冲突，不搪塞推脱，设身处地为顾客着想，并与售后进行及时协调，特殊突发事件特殊对待处理；
8、旺旺记录存档，整理；
9、完成公司销售业绩；
10、完成上级分配的其他工作。
11、责任心强，有能力处理突发事件。

任职要求：
1、高中以上学历，专业不限，工作经验不限（有网店客服工作经验者优先）。
2、熟悉计算机基本操作，文字录入速度在80字/分以上；
3、性格开朗，具有一定的亲和力，工作耐心细致，有责任心，思维活跃，领悟力 。
