1、协助主设计师完成每一季产品的润色方案，条理清晰，构思巧妙，对市场需求有一定的研究。
2、独立开发配饰，对配饰有浓厚的兴趣。
3、责任心强，有团队合作的精神，有良好的沟通能力。

2、具备独立开发配饰能力。
3、熟练使用A2，PS等设计软件。
