Responsibility
Recruitment & Staffing:
· To coordinate with all line managers for their staff job description and responsibilities.
· To assess the future people requirements in terms both of numbers and of levels of skill and competence, formulating and implementing plans to meet those requirements through recruitment, training, development or, if necessary, downsizing ( reducing headcounts’), taking steps to improve productivity and retention levels and to promote flexibility in the employment of people.
· Responsible for the recruitment of technicians and operators, ensure timely fulfilment of the manpower needs.
· Liaise with PPS and hiring managers in the TA process, providing possible coordination and assistance in interview arrangement, health check arrangement, and on-boarding preparations, etc.
· Provide regular reporting about headcounts and hiring status and budget control.
· Work closely with other HR colleagues in new employee orientation and probation period management.
· Responsible for the HR administration work in attendance management, OT control, turnover & separation management, etc. and to provide relevant reports in a timely manner.
Employee Relationship:
· Handle people related issues and communications, follow up with the cases of violation against company discipline & rules, demotion, dismissal, etc.
· Working closely with HR manager to settle the labour disputes if any.
· Work as the contact window for local government and labour union, maintaining a good relationship with them
Compensation & Benefit:
· Responsible for payroll of the outsourced employees, providing timely reports to Finance
· To manage workers performance within agreed frameworks of objectives and competence requirements ,
· To participate in discussion on company pay policy and participate in salary re-structuring to meet the requirements of Labour Dept. and customers
· To coordinate activities of annual salary survey/ benchmark and annual salary adjustment
· To understand the potential requirements of the staff and to co-ordinate with relevant parties in reviewing, proposing and designing some programs to our Reward System to enforce our staff’s sense of ownership
· To develop and compile Employee Handbook and some other related HR policies and procedures
Requirement:
· Bachelor degree or above, majoring in Human Resource Management, Business Management or relevant disciplines
· 5 years’ experience in HR Management in MNCs, experience at manufacturing companies is much preferred.
· Knowledge in Human Resources Management covering recruitment & selection, employee relations and communication, etc.
Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills
Good command of English both in speaking and writing
Skills in Computer, exp. Excel or HRIS database administration/ operations.
Cooperative & result driven.
Excellent analytical skills & problem – solving skills
