About Tax:

PwC Tax advisors assist a wide-range of clients, from prominent individuals to multi-national corporations. They not only help clients on their tax planning and on filing their corporate and individual tax returns, but they also advise on tax compliance and transfer pricing matters.

Responsibilities:

• Provide secretarial support services to a partner, senior managers and/or managers, including organizing meetings, taking meeting minutes, handling reimbursement matters, making travel arrangements, and etc.;
• Deal with emergency issues independently;
• Be under the direction of the leaders and cooperate with each department's operation;
• Make conference/meeting arrangements for clients and guests (both internal and external);
• Supervise the driver support services, including coordination of vehicle issues; and
• Other related tasks.

Requirements:

• At least college graduate education;
• Minimum one year's experience in secretary or assistant positions in multinational companies;
• Proficiency in oral and written English;
• Good inter-personal and communication skills;
• Good common sense;
• Friendly attitude - cheerful and diligent;
• Self-motivated, well-organized, and good problem solving skills; and
• Aptitude in standard computer software, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
