12. Manage the administration work properly

Basic Requirements:

1. college or bachelor degree of HRM or related

2. 3+ years HR generalist experience in multinational organisation; experience f immigration and IIT; engineering background preferred

3. at least skilled in two HR models

4. good command of oral and written English language

5. willing to work in a small organisation

6. a positive thinker and efficient with multi-tasking abilities and excellent follow-up skills

7. mature, trustworthy, self-motivated and independent with strong executive ability

8. good team player but able to work unsupervised on own

Anthony Colin Bruce Chapman was born in 1928 in Richmond on the outskirts of London. He built his first competition car (the Lotus Mark 1) in 1948. This car, loosely based around an Austin 7, marked a turning point in motor racing history and the rise of the greatest of all British sports car companies. So successful was this first car and subsequent designs, that within a few years Chapman was producing some of the most acclaimed sports cars in history, and 12 years later went on to win in Formula 1.

This philosophy is to gain performance advantage through the use of lightweight materials, and to apply engineering and mechanical concepts from other disciplines to give ingeniously simple solutions. In Chapman’s own words: “Lotus provides its owner with prestigious efficient transport. Prestige is given by exclusivity and racing heritage. The design gives efficiency by lightweight, effective use of economical material, maximum return for fuel burned in the engine and cornering power. The most elegant, effective and traditionally Lotus solution is the one with the least number of parts, effectively deployed”.

Lotus, the Company, was founded in 1952 to manufacture simple sports cars at premises in Hornsey, North London. In 1959 the rapidly increasing success of the company was marked by a move to bespoke premises in Cheshunt, Hertfordshire. Lotus relocated again in 1966 to its present site at Hethel in Norfolk.
