职位描述
Responsibilities:
? Drive the entire automotive/telematics business in China. Create and find new key customers to contribute significantly to our China Sales revenue.
? Develop sales relationship with our strategic accounts with emphasis on Automotive/telematics customers. Ensure we capture this business in China and further leverage our Global No. 1 wireless modules position.
? Manage all Tier 1 and Tier 2 Automotive customers.
? Actively work with Carriers and ensure we are partnering them strategically.
? Explore possibility to offer more value added services bundled with carrier for customers.
? Be kept abreast of our competitors’ situation; Win business from existing competitors.
? Drive revenue and manage revenue forecasting.
? Map all China Automotive Telematics business.
? Need to develop business with all China Automotive/Telematics customers.
? Reach revenue targets with existing strategic accounts.
? Identify new business opportunities; ensure our customers goes into mass production with our products.
? Build relationships with carrier as well as government department to push our value add.
? Weekly, monthly reports & forecasts.
? Keep updated accounts, contacts and opportunities in CRM.
? Focus specifically in China market.
? Regular travelling (at least 30%).
Requirements:
? Strong experience of with automotive manufacturers.
? Ability to negotiate at different levels of customer organization.
? Combination of hunting (prospecting) and farming (developing) skills.
? Autonomous and experienced person to support challenge and change.
? Natural leadership and enough charismatic to manage by influence.
? Education based on embedded electronics in sales & marketing.
? Long term vision and perseverance.
? Very fluent in Chinese and understands English language (spoken & written).
? Capable of managing customers and projects independently.
