PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES主要工作职责
- Monitor and track CS business Funnel, and support to provide CS sales and OIT forecast data monthly, weekly report booked sales/OIT/funnel left/FCST/Target to Zone leader.
- Monitor and track CS business contract/quotation, regular review pending contract with sales, regular summary pending case to Zone leader, ensure the contract can OIT on time.
- Contract document deliver and stamp, collect and check and upload contract and related support documents in CSA Web.
- Finish Monthly revenue report including team and individual.
- Provide IB information to relational CS sales and Zone leader including CP, CC, WC, CR.
- Communicate with AR owner to design monthly action plan and enforce, escalate to zone leaders if there is any issue
- Confirm invoice receipt and fill in contact person according to the AR monthly report.
- Communicate with customer about AR collection, send out and confirm dunning letters.
- Support business operation daily job, such as support to provide the invite bids documents for CS sales, monitor and support the case which need to release locked customer ID for service or OIT purpose, and so on.

JOB REQUIREMENTS岗位要求
a) Education学历:
University degree education background major in Business Administration, Accounting and Economy;
English CET4+

b) Experience工作经验:
2 years of work experience in a fast paced technology industry
At least 1 years of customer service experience
· Excellent written, presentation and verbal communication skills

· Business sense of customer service
· Carefully and correctly working manner
Strong responsibility sense; Self motivated
