Job Summary:
1.Specialize in specific products and supporting new product as well. Handle proper technical reports and escalation and communication with supplier for issue.
2.Provides product application engineering support to the customer base, sales and engineering organizations, and the assigned American Tec product teams. Obtains full understanding of the customer's technical application needs, both existing and evolving, and determines the proper application of American Tec's products and solutions to satisfy those needs.
3.Provides support both before and after the sale, and coordinates all issues with the appropriate product team and sales to insure an accurate, detailed understanding and timely resolution of customer expectations and ongoing requirements.
4.Develops and maintains a thorough understanding of the technical specifications and capabilities of assigned American Tec products, and uses excellent troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills to meet customer expectations.
5.Provides design improvement recommendations for American Tec assigned products based on customer feedback and determines/coordinates action plan based on product team priorities and resource availability.

Qualifications:
1.University graduated in electronics or related technical field.
2.Min.6 years hands on SMT field service experience on SMT capital equipment or electro-mechanical equipment and inspection machine.
3.Precise technical written and oral communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate in English and Mandarin languages.
4.Must be self motivated, team player and work well under pressure.
5.Customer oriented mind, and good understanding/presentation/communication skills.
6.Familiar with Microsoft Office skills.
