工作职责：Job description
1、拜访潜在客户，组织起重机可靠性检测（CRS）（包括安全检查、结构检查、电气检测、整机寿命计算），以识别客户起重设备的改造需求；
Visit potential customer to organize Crane Reliability Survey (CRS) inspection, including safety, structure, electrical check and lifetime calculation. To identify the requirement of refurbish crane for customer.
2、负责规划起重机改造方案，力求最大程度减少停机时间，提高生产效率；
Responsible for propose crane refurbish plan, minimize the break down time and improve the production efficiency for customer
3、向客户提供技术咨询、技术培训并解答产品相关问题；
Provide technical consulting and training for customer
4、根据起重机改造工程概况，提前与相关部门协调人员、设备、检测仪器等准备工作；
Organize and coordinate internal resources to run the crane refurbish project.
5、为销售部门的报价提供技术支持；
Provide technical support for sales department to quote crane refurbish project
6、负责组织执行起重机改造合同，负责改造项目的全面管理。
Responsible for organize to implement the contract, and responsible for overall management the refurbish project.
7、负责编制起重机改造项目最终安装、调试方案并组织执行；
Prepare final assembly, commissioning plan for refurbish project and organize to implement.
8、负责起重机改造项目的预算及支出管理，并进行风险控制；
Perform cost control on refurbish project and risk control.
9、负责起重机改造项目的安全、环境管理，针对改造项目的特殊性制定应急措施；
In charge of the safety, working environment supervision, and prepare precautions and preventive measures for emergency cases according to specific site condition.
10、对本部门人员实施业务培训、指导与考核工作。
Perform training and evaluation on department staffs
任职资格：Qualifications
1、本科以上学历，港口机械、机电一体化专业优先；
Above bachelor of engineering; majored in port equipment or integrity of mechanical and electrical as priority.
2、10年以上机械行业工作经验，7年以上港口机械工作经验，从事过起重机改造工作者优先；
Above 10 years experience in mechanical manufacturing field, or above 7 years experience in port equipment field and engaged in crane refurbish project as priority.
3、熟悉港口机械结构、电气、液压等机构的可靠性检测方法；
Be familiar with reliability check on the structure, mechanical, electrical and hydraulic system of crane
4、有一定团队领导能力，有丰富的组织和管理的经验；
Having rich experience in team-building
5、善于倾听，具有出色的沟通、协调能力，良好的逻辑思维和分析能力，较好的文字表达能力；
Having good communication skill, logical analysis ability and writing ability
6、熟练的英语听、说、读、写能力；
Fluent in English speaking, reading and writing.
7、能够熟练使用各种办公软件和统计工具；
Be skilled in office software and statistic tools
8、能适应频繁出差。
Willing to frequently travel
