Overview
The role has a primary responsibility to support HR Systems Manager on the rollout of TE’s corporate HR payroll system initiative in China along with the preparation for the broader HR Operations & Systems transformation model implementation in the region. He/she will also have the responsibility for supporting the design and review on HR Systems processes that build up a wide best practices & sustainable support model. In addition, he/she will be involved in certain projects, working closely with local site HR.
Responsibilities:
As a key member of implementation team, the major work will cover the following
During the implementation period
? Project implementation plan communication with vendor and site HR
? Coordinate closely with vendor and IT team to ensure the implementation functionality quality and on time delivery
? Close communication with site HR to understand local HR policy, procedures, processes. Manage the requirements to achieve standardization
? Support the project management related activities
Post-go live period
? Routine site requirement analysis and feedback
? Regular training to site HR
? Site change request follow-up and control
? Any other support related work of payroll system
Competencies required:
? University degree
? Good understanding of local payroll system
? 5 years payroll system implementation experience or support experiences
? Good interpersonal and influence skills
? Proficiency in both written and spoken English
? Be able to travel within China when necessary
? Be customer centric
? Kayang/Platium/Cityray operation experience would be a plus
